Made in Noida · Built for all of India

We help tutors and academies collect fees without the guilt, the register, or the ₹50k ERP demo.

TutorPe is free fee management software for people who teach — maths batches in Kota, evening tuition in Pune, yoga at 7 AM, or guitar on Saturdays. One dashboard for who paid, who is overdue, and who needs a WhatsApp nudge.

Our story

TutorPe did not start as a “education startup pitch.” It started with conversations — relatives and friends running small classes who described the same week every month: teaching was fine, but fee collection ate their evenings. A parent texts at 10 PM: “Fees maine de di thi.” You flip a notebook. No entry. Was it cash you forgot to write, or a dispute you cannot prove?

Some had tried Excel on a laptop — then collected UPI on the phone and never updated the sheet. Others sat through demos of heavy school ERPs and walked away thinking: “Mujhe sirf fees track karni hai.”

Notebook se thak gaya hoon. Demo dekh ke dar gaya — bahut complicated. Bas WhatsApp pe remind karna hai aur receipt bhejni hai.

We are a small product team based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. We ship software we would want if we were the ones standing in the corridor collecting ₹2,500 before the next batch. That means mobile-first, honest pricing (free for the core), and features that fit one owner wearing every hat — not a 40-teacher school chain.

Today centres from Mahendragarh to metro cities use TutorPe for overdue dashboards, partial payments, PDF receipts, and Fee Intelligence AI. When owners tell us the supportive team helped them get started, that is the standard we hold ourselves to — not vanity metrics on a slide deck.

What we are building

Not another “all-in-one school OS.” TutorPe is deliberately narrow and deep: fee ledger, reminders, receipts, attendance signals, income clarity. Coaching centres get class and parent fields; yoga and dance studios get labels that match batches and packages — same engine, less clutter. Read how skill academies use TutorPe or explore features on the homepage.

Who we build for

If you run 500+ students across branches with payroll and inventory, we will tell you honestly when a heavier ERP fits better — see our comparison with traditional ERPs.

What we believe

Phone-first, not boardroom-first

Fees are collected between batches, in auto rickshaws, and after 9 PM. Software that only works on a laptop is useless for most Indian tutors.

WhatsApp is the product

Parents do not want another app login. They want a clear message and a PDF receipt from your number. We build around that reality.

AI where it saves time

Fee Intelligence ranks who to chase. AI drafts polite Hinglish reminders. We do not slap AI on everything — only where it removes Sunday-night admin.

Free core, forever

Small centres should not pay ₹30,000/year before they have recovered last month's overdue fees. The fee ledger, reminders, and receipts stay free.

Why is TutorPe free?

Because the person who needs fee software most is often the one who cannot spare ₹2,000/month while ₹18,000 is still stuck in overdue fees. We keep the core product free: unlimited students, WhatsApp reminders, receipts, Fee Intelligence AI, attendance, and reports.

We run a lean stack (modern web app, cloud hosting sized for small centres, not enterprise bloat). That lets us grow with word-of-mouth from tutors who recover one extra fee cycle — not from locking basic reminders behind a paywall. Optional AI message credits have a fair monthly limit; chasing overdue students does not.

Transparency matters. If that model ever changes for core features, we will say so loudly and early. Today it has not.

How we work with you

You will talk to humans, not a ticket black hole. WhatsApp is usually fastest (Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 6 PM IST). Feature requests from real classrooms — concession rules, course packages, batch filters — shape what we ship next. Logged-in owners can also use in-app Support.
