1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TutorPe ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the TutorPe website (tutorpe.in) and its related services, you ("User", "Tutor") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

TutorPe is a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application designed for private tutors and coaching centers in India. It provides tools for:

• Managing student profiles and fee records.
• Tracking overdue fees.
• Generating pre-filled WhatsApp messages for fee reminders.

Disclaimer: TutorPe is an administrative software provider. We do not provide tuition services, nor do we act as an intermediary between tutors and students/parents.

3. WhatsApp Fair Usage Policy

TutorPe utilizes WhatsApp's public wa.me API to generate pre-filled text messages on your personal or business WhatsApp account.

• You agree to use this feature strictly for legitimate fee reminders to parents/students associated with your tuition center.
• You agree not to use this feature for marketing, spam, or harassment.
• You acknowledge that sending excessive identical messages in a short period may result in your WhatsApp account being temporarily or permanently banned by Meta (WhatsApp).
• TutorPe holds absolutely no liability if your personal or business WhatsApp account gets restricted, banned, or blocked due to your usage patterns.

4. User Responsibilities & Data Accuracy

As a user of TutorPe, you agree that:

• You have the legal right to collect and store the names and phone numbers of the students/parents you add to the platform.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the fee amounts, due dates, and payment records you maintain on the platform.
• TutorPe is not responsible for any disputes between you and a parent regarding incorrect fee records or payment statuses shown in the app.

5. Pricing and Future Paid Plans

TutorPe is currently offered as a Free Service for early adopters during its growth phase.

However, we reserve the right to introduce premium (paid) tiers or subscription plans in the future. We will provide a minimum of 30 days' advance notice before restricting any currently free features behind a paywall. Your existing data will always remain yours to export, regardless of pricing changes.

6. Account Termination

You may stop using TutorPe at any time and request full deletion of your account and data via our Support email. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we discover you are using the platform for illegal activities, spamming, or violating these Terms of Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

TutorPe is provided "AS IS" without any warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, TutorPe and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or tuition fees due to software bugs or downtime.
• Loss of data (though we take strict measures to prevent this).
• Damages resulting from your inability to use the service.
